She’s gone. Yesterday N437QX one of the final 4 remaining Horizon college liveries left the fleet. (N437QX) was one of 11 college liveries pained on a Horizon Q400 supporting colleges here on the west coast. Yesterday she flew one final flight to Portland Oregon for fleet deactivation after performing a low pass over the Boise State campus one last time. The Boise State livery was one of the longest lasting ones with some going away after just two years in their college livery. There are now only 15 Q400s actively flying throughout the Horizon/Alaska system with that number expected to continue to drop until January 6th when that number will hit zero.
The former Shark week theme livery aircraft speeding up before heading south to find the sharks in Oakland. It was a very short lived livery especially considering it was more then a couple of stickers. It was visible on the side on N944WN from June to August of 2017. (N944WN) didn’t have split wingtips until just a few days before I spotted it in PDX in February.
Delta’s long standing BCRF livery on N845MH. Its funny that I’ve only ever seen this livery in Seattle and I’ve seen it 4 times now. Delta has had a BCRF livery on (N845MH) sense June 2010 when it was in the all pink livery until 2015 when it was covered into a more current scheme in 2015 when the 2007 livery was added and then the pink/red stripe we see today all across the Delta 767 system of airports.
The Boeing 757-256 named Keilir heading out of a toasty SeaTac. Keilir is volcanic mountain located on the south west tip of Iceland about halfway from Keflavík International Airport to the city center of Keflavík. Icelandair along with many newer European airlines name their Aircraft after important or funny names that are somewhat associated with the airline and or its history. (TF-ISJ)

That’s one sleek looking Boeing 777. This particular one is (N884FD) delivered to FedEx in 2011 as a Boeing 777-FS2 which means its basically a 777-200 but instead of people is carrying packages.
